Hire Application - Massey Student

Use this form to hire robes to graduate in person at any Massey campus apart from Albany.

Application Due Dates:
Please ensure that your application reaches Academic Dress Hire by the Due Date listed below.
Orders received after the Due Date will only be accepted subject to stock availability.

You may cancel your robe hire at any time, prior to graduation week, for a full refund.

  • We can supply hoods for other NZ universities but not for overseas universities.
  • We have a few Extra Wide gowns. If you need one state your chest or bust measurement here.
  • Bond cheques are not transferrable. If you do not have a NZ bank account tell us here.
  • If you want your bond cheque to be payable to someone else, tell us here.
  • If you need an extension to the normal period of hire (click here for details) explain here.
  • If you wish to take your robes out of the country please ask for a special arrangement.
  • Measure your head circumference just above your eyebrows, and straight round the back.
    Use a piece of string and a ruler if you do not have a measuring tape.
  • You may cancel your application at any time ,prior to graduation week , for a full refund.
  • Diplomas ordering a trencher - please tell us your previous degree and the university.

    Your bond will be forfeit if the items hired are not returned in good condition, by the deadline stated.
    You will also be invoiced for the value of any robes not returned and liable for all debt collection costs should the invoice remain unpaid after 30 days.     You can cancel your order at any time, before graduation week, for a full refund
